Amal Academy, where a thousand dreams came true, where people learn how to be successful in their professional life. After grinding hard in university work, I just forget to enjoy life with people. As an introvert, I don’t talk much with people. I had poor interaction, especially with strangers. I don’t try to put my argument in front of others only because, I was afraid of being judged. But despite this all insecurities and confidence. I applied to Amal Academy. There was an image of Amal Academy in my mind as a Disney land, where every person is beautiful inside out and our program managers are the queen of that mansion which is Amal Academy. This image came true in March 2021.
My journey was very adventurous. I interacted with almost 50 people, shared my arguments, my ideas, worked in a team, contributed my efforts as a leader, gup chup with members, sharing memes, those smiling faces, motivation from fellows, etc. I use to wait for the weekend sessions only to interact with people. That was a huge change in my personality. As an introvert, my interaction with people was very poor, but it was only Amal Academy that made me so confident to tall and share arguments with others. I overcame my fear of being judged because:
The people, I found are the best version of love and motivation.
This is the place from where my journey was started. This place of my home granted me that comfortable environment to enjoy learning with motivation and love from Amal fellows. In the start, I was facing many issues like internet issues, connectivity, laptop video issues, etc. But Amal Academy taught me who to overcome this kind of issue with responsibility and courage. After those tips, I prepared myself for every upcoming issue or problem. I had learned this lesson, which is going to help me in my personal as well as in professional life.

I learned this thing from Amal and they made me so strong to face all kinds of hardships in the future too.
These are the things, which are very close to my heart. Because these things helped me a lot in having growth in my personality. This notebook with all summaries of online courses is going to help me in the future also. The time has been passed but the learnings, development, growth, that I got from Amal Academy are completely admirable. This book will always remind me about online courses. My laptop camera will always remind me of, how I am looking in the video while taking zoom sessions. My water glass helps to motivate me to answer any question.
Amal Academy had transformed me completely. They granted me a better version of myself, with whom I was not aware. Amal Academy granted me good communication skills, leadership skills, teamwork, Problem-solving skills, active participation, etc. These are the skills that I had learned in this fellowship. From an introverted and underconfident person with zero skills now, transformed into a confident person with development skills. Now I can communicate with strangers, now I had a perfect meaning and way of life. Now I am not afraid of sharing my arguments. Now I can smile with zero fear.
I would like to admire my each and every fellow of Amal Academy for motivating and encouraging me to move out from my comfort zone and learn more skills to gain success in future.
